How We Got Here
We started producing for ourselves, the way most things start on a working farm- because we needed it. Good firewood to heat our home. Fresh eggs from birds raised the right way. Maple syrup pulled from our own trees when when the season turns. Word spread to our friends and neighbors, then beyond. People started asking for what we were growing, and we started growing to meet their needs as well.
Today we supply homes, restaurants and businesses across central New York with seasoned firewood, that's tested, bagged and delivered right where its needed. We raise poultry the way it should be raised- on pasture, with room to move. Every spring, our maple trees give us something worth bottling.
